Hey There!

I’m Abby O’Sullivan, multi-passionate entrepreneur with a focus on supporting women in their self care and growth as leaders.

In over 15 years of business ownership, I’ve experienced roaring highs of incredible success and the less fun lows.

As a busy lash artist, I’ve spent thousands of dollars in my hard earned money on physical therapy before realizing big changes needed to occur. Building an online health coaching business brought new unexpected challenges and a deep appreciation for my nervous system.

I’ve taken big risks – some that panned out, some that didn’t. Throughout all of this, I was married, divorced and have spent my fair share of time in the modern dating world.

The adventures have been plentiful! (as you might imagine)

In 2021, my first podcast was born. (Launch celebration pic!) Inspired by my own life experiences and rooted in keeping self-care a priority, podcasting quickly became a platform for sharing I truly enjoyed. There is immense power in using your voice. To speak up for your needs, to share your stories, to connect with yourself and others.

The Beauty Pro Wellness Podcast is a blend of wellness and personal development tailored to busy professionals in the beauty industry. With burnout on the rise, beauty professionals need knowledge and support in taking care of their health and well-being so they can stay healthy in the careers they love.

My newest podcast, There She Grows, is a more unfiltered take on life and all it’s lessons with a hint of humor (because we simply have to laugh at the wild ride of life).

The passion I have for podcasts and podcasting has transformed into joining up with my sister to form Wonder Podcast Productions. She’s been managing podcasts for years and is a total wiz when it comes to seeing where managers can truly help podcasters now.

I see how easily stretched thin business owners, especially women, can become. I’ve been there myself. Seriously…how many roles can we play in one day? We end up putting our own care on the back burner to make sure everything and everyone else is taken care of.

You don’t have to sacrifice your health for the sake of building a business or being a good partner, wife or friend.

The core of my mission (in my businesses) is to help you create space for your self care. To see that your health is worth it. You are worth it. And self care doesn’t have to be complicated. Women shine brighter when they prioritize their health. The ripple of impact gets bigger spreading through your life and into your community making the world around you a better place.
